General conditions when booking on Vidhave. The conditions listed here, excluding the cancellation policy, apply to all bookings with us. Including bookings via our website, in our app or if made through a third party.
YOUR BOOKING
Bookings are best made on www.vidhave.se where the conditions for cancellation also follow this agreement. Booking in other channels may come with other cancellation rules, so your attention to these is required. For manual booking or booking over the phone, a booking fee of SEK 240 is added.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
After your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation email. It will state the number of people, price, chosen accommodation and other products and services included in your booking.
TRAVEL WITH CHILDREN
Children under 4 years of age can sleep in their parents' bed at no extra cost and do not need to be included in the number of guests for booking.
AGE LIMIT
All our accommodation requires that the booking guest and the guest in charge during the stay is over 23 years old.
PRICE ACCURACY
Summing up the total cost of the stay includes the room rate, taxes & fees applicable at the time of booking. Any services and other orders booked before or during the stay, but not together with the booking, will be added to the bill and paid before departure. Any changes in taxes or other regulatory requirements beyond our control will be charged to future bookings. The bill is settled before departure or in the online check-out procedure. If the final payment is not made, the credit card used for the booking will be charged with a surcharge of SEK 499.
CHECK-IN, IDENTIFICATION & CREDIT CARD.
Our check-in is done online and we offer access to the property from the time of check-in. Upon check-in, a valid credit card is provided for identification purposes. This is also used to settle your consumption and any unforeseen expenses at check-out. The checking-in guest must be the holder of the credit card. When changing credit cards, the new card will be charged in the future.
The booking rules below apply to bookings on our website or otherwise in contact with us unless otherwise agreed.
FLEXIBLE BOOKING cancellation policy and fees, maximum fee:
The reservation will be charged to your card 3 days before arrival or at the time of cancellation.

OWNER BOOKING: Booking made by the owner of the collective or the owner's family. The booking is free, cancellation is free of charge until arrival. Non-arrival at a non-canceled time will be charged 300 SEK.
BOOKING THROUGH ANOTHER PARTY: If you book through a third party, you will follow the cancellation policy communicated in your agreement with them. These are beyond our control.
ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION: Vidhave is obliged to hold a reservation in case of no-show until 10:00 am on the day after the day of arrival. If you have not canceled or arrived before this time, we will cancel the room without contacting you. The time until 10:00 the day after arrival is considered used and Vidhave will cancel for you instead. A fee is then charged according to the booking's cancellation policy.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE
The person who has booked accommodation on Vidhave or another person who has assumed responsibility as guarantor of the room, is responsible for damage resulting from negligence or irresponsible behavior.
Vidhave's accommodation is non-smoking. In case of violation, Vidhave claims the right to compensation for decontamination and extra cleaning of the accommodation. The compensation amounts to SEK 3500 and will be charged to the guest who is responsible for the room.
LOAN AND RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT
Vidhave can offer the opportunity to borrow or rent equipment. Guests who take advantage of these offers assume responsibility for the equipment, including keys, in accordance with the following terms and conditions for loans and rentals.

If a lost rental object is found, it belongs to Vidhave. The insurance only applies on condition that points 1-3 are fulfilled. If liability is not fulfilled, the lost vehicle/equipment is compensated with the full value: SEK 7,500. A police report must be made by the lessee personally.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
Accommodation and restaurants have infrastructure for charging electric cars. The user needs to use their own cord for charging. The cost is settled with your own phone at the charging station. The price is shown at the start of charging. When paying via Swish, SEK 399 is paid in advance per charging attempt. After completing the attempt/charging, the difference is refunded to the actual energy consumed.
ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION
Your consumption is included at a fixed price in your fee.
Vidhave is developed to be an environmentally friendly accommodation where you can influence your cost by saving resources. In the future, the possibility will be given to choose to pay only for consumption instead of a fixed fee. Then payment is made according to the following tariff:
When choosing a variable price, the fixed charge is refunded. Your actual consumption is instead added to your bill daily and settled at check-out.
FORCE MAJORE Events beyond the control of the contracting parties - such as strikes, lockouts, fire, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this contract - give the right to terminate the contract without compensation.
COURT
All disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement (the guest and the hotel) shall be governed by Swedish law. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the hotel's jurisdiction shall apply, with the exception of mandatory rules in consumer contracts.
