With us, you can go straight to your place. You'll check in online, get your house number, and can head right there when you arrive.

Your preparations before your stay with us
About a week before you arrive, we'll send you an email explaining how everything works. In that email, we'll ask you to download an app from the App Store or Google Play. You can even do it now – just search for 'ILOQ S50' and install it.
A day or two before you arrive, you'll get an SMS that activates your key. It's super easy to activate, but only if you've already installed the app. If you forget, we'll remind you, but it will take an extra step, as explained below.

To unlock.
The key is always in the door; your phone activates it so you can turn the lock. For top security, your phone's antenna needs to be really close to the lock. The antenna itself is in different spots on different phones, so it might be a bit tricky to find. We've described some common phone models and the best way to hold them below.
