Here at Vidhave, we combine functional meeting spaces with open dining areas, accommodation, hot baths, and beautiful nature – all perfectly suited for your conference, party, launch, or exhibition.
These are our venues for traditional and creative meetings. They can be booked individually, but are also included in our meeting packages for up to 25 participants.

A super flexible event spot right by the sea.
"Utsikten" (The View) is a huge deck, about 400 sqm, with amazing, unobstructed views of the sea. It's on one of our first levels right by the water and is one of Vidhave's most open and flexible spots for meetings, events, and even meals.
You can book this space as it is, but usually, we customize it with tents, weather covers, and furniture to fit exactly what your group needs. From April to October, we offer both really big parties and smaller groups a one-of-a-kind spot to gather. We adjust the walls, roof, and covers depending on the weather, season, and how you want it to look.
Keep "Utsikten" in mind when you're planning big presentations and exhibitions, but it's also perfect for dinners, weddings, and private parties. It's even great for casual get-togethers and chill evening events where the amazing setting and sea views really create the perfect vibe.
It's super flexible as an exhibition space, perfect for groups of about 20 people and more, as you can see from the capacity info below. Size: 12x35m (around 400sqm), here's an example of maximum capacity:

Cozy meetings by the sea in a warm, inviting setting
The Orangery is a really atmospheric meeting spot with a unique location right on the beach, next to Varmbadet. It offers a cozy indoor space while still being super close to the sea, spa, and beach. The Orangery is perfect for meetings and events all year long. In fact, the experience here gets even better when the weather gets stormy, rainy, or wild!
This venue is used for both regular conferences and more unique, experience-focused events. Its warm, cozy vibe creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere that's just as great for business meetings, workshops, and presentations as it is for dinners and private parties.
Come on over when you're planning presentations, training sessions, smaller exhibitions, dinners, or creative get-togethers in a more intimate setting. The Orangery is also perfect for casual evening events and gatherings where the vibe, lighting, and being so close to the sea are more important than a formal agenda.
As a meeting and event space, the Orangery is super flexible and can be set up however you need it. It's great for small to medium-sized groups, fitting between 10 and 50 people.
Restaurant and event space right on the beach, by the sea
The Veranda is our lovely seaside restaurant, boasting a spacious outdoor dining area and an open setting right between the Beach Hall and the Orangery. With amazing sea views and direct access to the beach and our dining service, it's the perfect spot for dinners, parties, and social gatherings, much more than for typical meetings or conferences.
This space can comfortably host up to about 250 guests, and if it rains, roughly half of them can stay dry under cover. We can totally customize The Veranda for all sorts of events – whether it's a big dinner party with long tables on a summer evening, or more relaxed mingles, celebrations, and seasonal happenings.
Even though The Veranda can totally work for meetings and presentations, it's truly meant for those special experience-based events where tasty food, a fantastic vibe, and our stunning seaside location are the main focus. We open The Veranda seasonally from May to September, and it's a wonderful natural spot to meet up before or after any activities happening in the neighboring spaces.
Courses, parties, and indoor meetings right on the beach.
The Beach Hall is right by the sea, totally protected from wind and weather, and has huge windows looking out over the beach meadow and the horizon. In summer, we use it as our breakfast room, but it's also perfect for meetings, parties, or even a private little spot.
Its open layout and being so close to nature create a vibe that's both chill and focused.
We can set up the Beach Hall just how you like for your event, and it's especially great for meetings, presentations, creative workshops, and social get-togethers. The space is about 80 sqm and can fit up to 60 people in theater style, or about 25 people for meetings with tables.

Meetings in our detached villas by the horizon
At our Wooden House Hotel, we use our award-winning villas as flexible meeting spaces. Here, you can combine your stay, work, and experiences all in the same buildings. This creates a peaceful environment, helping you focus and feel connected – both to each other and to the beautiful surroundings. Our villas can be used individually or together with our other facilities, depending on what you need and how big your group is.
Day meetings in our Bungalow and Grand Villa include meals and coffee breaks, all at a fixed price starting from 695kr per person.
Bungalow
Our Bungalow villa is perfect for smaller breakout sessions or for project teams needing to work without interruptions. It's great for focused tasks, small group chats, or creative brainstorming where the beautiful surroundings can truly inspire you. You'll be tucked away in your own private villa, with nature right on your doorstep.
Grand Villa
The Grand Villa can easily be set up as a meeting room for up to about 12 people. It's a popular choice for smaller meetings where comfort and a peaceful working atmosphere are key. This villa offers plenty of space and a cozy, home-like feel, perfect for both formal meetings and more relaxed chats. Beyond meetings, the Grand Villa is often used for culinary experiences. Its spacious kitchen is ideal for cooking together and also works wonderfully for shared meals, accommodating groups of up to about 10 people.
