Our meetings begin in the morning or at lunchtime and conclude with lunch on the final day. Everything in between is included. For stays of two nights, a dinner in Visby is also included, along with all transportation.

Daytime meeting in a wooden house
With our smallest package, you can bring your colleagues to visit us for the day. We’ve set up one of our log cabins and created a lovely space for discussions. Refreshments are served here, and our hosts will help you coordinate lunch.
Our meeting rooms are equipped with a screen, whiteboard, and meeting technology. Coffee is always available. Feel free to upgrade to an additional coffee break if you’re staying all day.
Please feel free to stay and relax in our hot tubs as well. We'd be happy to arrange a wonderful farewell dinner for you at the same time.
Hot Bath & Dinner
For those of you who have something to celebrate, or perhaps need a more relaxed social gathering, we’ve put together a wrap-up package designed to complement our daytime meetings. The day ends with a dip in both warm and cold water right on the beach before a delicious dinner.
The above can be booked in conjunction with daytime meetings, and the entire event takes place in the Orangery and Varmbadet. Please feel free to ask for suggestions for beverage packages, or order whatever you’d like during the event.
