Our focus is on providing accommodation, meals, and activities for groups, all set within our beautiful natural surroundings and by the sea. You can stay in our exclusive villas, which have 90 rooms and can host up to 165 guests in their own comfy beds.
We're here to help you or your event planner with all your travel bookings and logistics. We'll give you great recommendations for restaurants and conference venues, and we'll make sure everything runs smoothly.
Outstanding accommodation
At Vidhave, we have three kinds of high-standard wooden villas with super comfy beds. You get to choose how your group stays: either in your own private villa, in your own room within a shared villa and bathroom, or in a shared room with other guests.
Check out our three sizes of sustainable wooden villas:
Tinyhouse – these are like small suites with a queen-size bed, perfect for one guest or a couple.
Bungalow – with two bedrooms for 2-4 guests, it comes with a spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
Grand Villa – this one has four bedrooms for 4-8 guests and is actually two houses linked by a veranda. You'll find a super generous social area and kitchen for up to 10 people, plus two bathrooms.
Meals by the sea
Right on the sandy beach, you'll find our restaurant, Snack Mat & Bad. It's a beautiful spot with a spacious outdoor seating area and about 150 sheltered seats. It's absolutely perfect for mingling, dinners, or maybe even an awesome pool party!
We're happy to rearrange the furniture to suit your needs, and if you're looking for a more intimate experience, our Chambre Separée is a fantastic choice. Up to 45 guests can sit here and enjoy a full view of the classic, breathtaking sunset that you can only find on Gotland's west coast.
Does your group fancy vegan wraps for a forest stroll, a fancy 10-course meal with wine, or a chill dinner with a whole roasted lamb? Want it somewhere else? No worries at all! We'll totally customize everything to your liking, whether it's in our restaurant or as catering.
Warm baths
Our outdoor spa offers both hot and cold baths. It's a cozy experience for groups and events, whether you're staying with us or just coming for an activity. Our two wood-fired hot tubs comfortably fit up to eight people, and our sauna has room for ten. Along with the pool, we're happy to host groups of up to 50 people.
Our spa is open for bookings all year round and is perfect for company groups or friends who want to relax together. You can also order drinks and light meals during your visit. It's a perfect break from everyday life in a beautiful natural setting.
Activities
Our spot by the sea, with its beach meadows, limestone cliffs, and the ocean itself, can be fantastic for meetings or as a venue for any special event you have in mind.
We love to add creative activities, challenging team-building, or educational trips here. Maybe you've got your own ideas, or even your own team to make them happen? We'd be glad to help you out! You can also just ask us for suggestions. How about creating some nature-based learning, team-building with food outdoors, or even a party in the forest or a quarry?
Our central location on Gotland is also awesome for heading out on adventures around the island. We'd love to help you pick and choose, and we'll even handle all the planning! How about horse riding, track racing, mountain biking, golf, go-karting, hiking, cultural tours, and loads more?

Wanna kick off your shoes, dance disco 'til dawn, and grab some hot dogs before heading home? Awesome! We're totally in for that too.
Is your group keen on an intimate gig with your favorite artist, a huge daytime party to launch your new product, or just an epic kick-off after an amazing sales year? Bring us your ideas! We'd love to pull together all of Gotland's best party pros to make it happen!
With our existing stage, we can host up to 400 people for a gig, complete with a standing mingle dinner and plenty of good drinks. And if you're planning a bigger festival, there's space for way more!

Everyone on Gotland is super creative and service-minded, which makes it really easy to put together a service and experience that's perfect for your group.
We can also go the extra mile and offer a complete package that includes everything. We'll take care of all the planning, add whatever your group needs, sort out the logistics, and even handle the catering if food isn't already provided.

Conference & Meeting Rooms
You'll find meeting venues and services right here on-site, conveniently located for your travel to and from Gotland, and also within Visby. Vidhave's own meeting options even include tailored service on the beach for your conference! We have a conference room that can fit up to 40 guests in theatre style, plus smaller meeting rooms among our accommodations for up to 12 people.
For bigger conferences, we've got lots of options for you. For example, there are large meeting rooms at the airport (just 1.6km from Vidhave), right in Visby, or at the congress center. Or, for something a bit different, how about holding your event in unique spots like the ruins in Visby or in some amazing barns out in the countryside?
