Packaged meetings make it easy to choose
We offer ready-made conference packages that cover the most common needs for meetings, parties, and other gatherings.
The goal is to make it easy to plan for groups of 5 to approximately 25 people. With clear guidelines, prices, and content, these packages serve as ready-made options or a starting point for further customization. If needed, we are happy to adjust their scope, level of difficulty, and duration.
Day Meetings
For short conferences, we offer meeting rooms for a single day, with a delicious business lunch and coffee break included.
Overnight meetings
We offer a conference package that includes overnight stays, shared meals, and time for work, discussions, and—for those who wish—relaxation. This is a popular option for companies based on the island and for visitors who need more time together.
Parties & corporate events
Dinners, summer parties, graduations, and internal celebrations—often combined with meetings or activities. Less formal, but with the same attention to detail.

Vidhave several meeting rooms tailored for small and medium-sized groups year-round. Our rooms are ideal for board meetings, workshops, presentations, and group work. During the warmer months of the year, we challenge the familiar and create meeting spaces where nature, the sea, and the horizon become part of the venue. Depending on the seating arrangement and type of meeting, we can accommodate several hundred guests.
