Tinyhouse & Tiny Villa
Our small but cozy wooden houses, Tinyhouse and Tiny Villa, are perfect if you're staying by yourself or as a couple. The house has a big table, great for studying or enjoying meals. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bed is tucked away in a sunny alcove.
The large veranda gets both morning and evening sun, making it feel like an extra room. The big windows let you enjoy nature's beauty all year long, or you can close our light-blocking curtains for privacy.

Bungalow
You get your own wooden house with two rooms and a larger combined living room and kitchen. It's a practical place for two people who don't want to share a room, or for those who want space for visitors. For longer stays, one of the rooms can be turned into a study or workspace by removing two of the beds – we'll help out if you need it.
On warmer autumn and spring days, you can enjoy your spacious veranda as part of your daily life. In winter, you can relax in the warmth, taking in the seasonal views right outside your large windows.

Grand VILLA
Soon, some of our Grand Villas will also be available for larger families who want their own rooms. These are two separate buildings connected by a patio with unparalleled views of the Baltic Sea. Villas in Visby
Vidhave is being built as a community for recreation on Gotland, where we really prioritize the environment, people, and the climate. We're fully booked in the summer, but during winter, we'd love to give more people the chance to stay in our warm and comfy wooden homes.
We'd love to welcome you as our guest! When you stay with us, you'll actually leave a smaller environmental footprint than in typical homes. Our houses are a modern twist on a thousand-year-old log building tradition. They're super energy-efficient to build, and by having you stay here, we make them even more sustainable.

A few important details, explained simply.
When you stay at Vidhave, you're actually helping our resort lessen its environmental impact by making sure our houses aren't sitting empty during the off-season. We're a collectively owned place, so your house and its furnishings belong to one of our members. Plus, you'll be part of the experience for our other guests while they're here.
We're just not like typical accommodations, and that will affect your stay here a little bit too.
We think if you love our vibe, you'll feel right at home anyway. But just to avoid any surprises, we've put together the most important info here.
- Your stay includes heating, water, and electricity for normal use. Our houses usually stay at a comfy 21 degrees Celsius indoors, but because of our energy-friendly tech, the temperature might shift by up to two degrees when the weather changes quickly.
- We provide waste disposal for household rubbish. For any larger items, you'll need to take them to a suitable recycling station yourself.
- You'll get fast Wi-Fi, but just so you know, there's no wired internet connection.
- If there's a TV screen, you can stream your own content.
- Only bikes are allowed to be parked or stored outside the houses.
- The outdoor furniture that comes with your place is the only furniture allowed, and we kindly ask you to keep it tidy during your stay.
- Our big windows offer amazing views, but with open curtains, they also offer a peek inside! So, please make sure your cleaning standards inside your house are reasonably in line with the rest of the area.
- You're responsible for your accommodation and the furniture provided during your stay. If anything gets damaged or broken, please let us know so we can replace it with something similar.
- Only the same number of people as there are beds in your accommodation are allowed to stay overnight.
- You'll need to shovel snow yourself between your entrance door and our driveways, and also keep your veranda tidy.
- We charge a daily rental rate, which is the price you got when you booked. We'll put together a payment plan and share it with you shortly after your booking.
- Your booking fee is equal to 30 days' rent and you'll get it back once your rental agreement is fully completed.
- Your first payment needs to reach us 3 days before you move in, and it covers the period until the end of the current month. If there are only 5 days left in the current month, you'll pay for those days along with the next month's rent.
- After that, payments for the upcoming month are due in advance, and we need to receive them by the 27th of each month.
- You can cancel the agreement with 90 days' notice.
- If you don't follow our booking rules, you'll get a warning. After the third warning, your agreement will be canceled with 7 days' notice.
- You can rent textiles like bed linen and towels if you prefer not to bring your own.
- Our tourist operations are open all year! There's always someone here to help if anything in your house isn't working right.
- We're really advanced when it comes to energy tech for our cabins, but this does mean we might need to pop into your house for maintenance sometimes. When that happens, we'll always schedule a time that works for you. We'll reach out by SMS, email, or just by knocking on your door.
- If there's an urgent issue that could damage your place, we'll handle it right away as soon as we know about it, without booking a time first. We'll let you know afterward when we've been there and what we did. Our own staff will always be present during these kinds of visits.
