Vidhave is a new type of destination for Gotland. Here the sea, forest, nature and people are at the centre. The whole area and all services are accessible to everyone, both guests and locals. Our accommodations are offered in environmentally friendly houses that match the surroundings. We are appreciated by families and individuals who want to be in an unforced environment close to the sea, nature and Visby, without compromising on convenience.
For those who stay with us, the visit is often part of a larger Gotland experience. Our service wants to add to our guests' entire journey: With us, in the local area and throughout Gotland. We want to build a more personal connection with our guests. And the relationship begins even before arrival. We welcome our guests as if they were visiting our own home and we show interest in the guest's expectations with their journey to here.
To create the time needed for personalised service, we are actively working on the automation of time-consuming administration, such as pre-stay information, check-in and check-out, scheduling of experiences and payment. When we meet guests, we train them to use and love these features.
For the summer we want to expand our team. If you would like to help us share Gotland with Swedish and foreign visitors, we would love to hear from you. If you are the right person but not on Gotland already, we offer accommodation near the sea. We are looking to expand our team with resources that are attracted to the following side roles.

You are our overnight guests' personal link to our entire business. You make sure that arrival and access is well prepared and goes smoothly when the guest arrives. You welcome and explain how our accommodation works and what they can get out of the immediate area. Our guests know that you are available if they need help, want to know something about our services or have questions about Gotland. You are happy to share some of our gems and give advice on great excursions and experiences.
Together with us, you will build processes and procedures that facilitate both your work and the guest's stay. You will help develop the services that make up our offer so that they match our guests' needs and enable them to make use of them.
We are looking for two cheerful individuals who are not afraid to adapt their working hours to the needs of our guests. You will also support the reception when you are not meeting our guests. One of you will participate in our development work for about 20% of your working hours.

At our reception, we prepare for our guests' arrivals and are on hand to answer questions from residents and passers-by. From here, communication with future guests and all logistics related to the services offered within the framework of the accommodation are managed.

Our guests have the opportunity to use our transfer service from and to the airport, as well as the possibility to be driven back and forth to Visby three times a day. You will meet the guests according to a pre-arranged schedule and take them to the right place.
In between these pre-booked trips, you will be available for our other activities to pick up or drop off goods from our suppliers.

If you would like to help us develop our offer in yoga, group training, personal training sessions and personal trainer, we would like to hear from you. Our fixed mission is two small groups a day every weekday, but we want much more than that.
There are great opportunities to develop a joint service, or for us to hire you/you for a service you already have. There are also good opportunities to establish a training offer that reaches out to our guests.
The permanent assignment is approximately half-time and accommodation is offered on Gotland.
Our training offer starts in mid-June and runs until mid/late August.
We want to give our children and young people the opportunity to discover the area and nature in an exciting and fun way together. We hope it will bring young people together and, with a bit of luck, create memories for life. While giving parents a time of day for each other or errands.
We need you who already work or have worked with children. Preferably in school or leisure, or perhaps as a youth leader in sports. You will run two recurring activities a day, aimed at different age groups. If you wish, we would be happy to develop additional services for you to lead on demand. For example, outing leaders for families together, childcare, etc.
Our children & youth offer starts in mid-June and runs until mid/late August.
The working time for each assignment can be offered as full-time equivalent or according to your wishes. For positions where the assignment does not quite reach full-time employment, assignments in restaurants and other services in the area are then added. We understand that your summer needs to work too, so let us know what you want to get out of the summer and we can try to adjust your role and load to fit.
