Vidhave is a hotel where you stay in your own villa with views of the sea and Gotland's wind-swept pine trees. Here, comfort and nature meet in perfect balance.
Our beautifully designed wooden villas can accommodate 2, 4, or 8 guests, with generous spaces for socializing both indoors and on the veranda. They're inspired by Gotland's fishing villages and built with solid wood and large glass windows that let in the light and the sea.
Everything you need for self-catering is included: made-up beds, towels, kitchen equipment, and a BBQ on the veranda. Just move in and make yourself at home.
Our timbered walls are built using traditional Gotland methods, but with a modern twist in design and tech. This means you get a sustainable and smart place to stay, letting you enjoy nature without leaving any impact.

Enjoy hot and cold baths by the pool
Right by our sandy beach, you'll find Poolkanten, our outdoor spa with hot and cold baths. Here, you can book private time in the sauna or wood-fired hot tubs. This is perfect for you and your travel companions, or you're welcome to book it as an activity with colleagues or friends, even if you're not staying overnight.
Groups and Conferences
We'd love to host your whole company, or even your extended family. Right now, we can welcome groups of up to 168 people if everyone wants their own bed, or just over 100 if they prefer their own room. With our in-house event service, we'll help you coordinate and plan your entire event, from logistics to fun activities and nights out at some of Gotland's best spots.

The restaurants
On the beach, we welcome you for meals or simply to relax and socialize, perhaps with a drink or a cup of coffee in hand. Here, we serve lunch and dinner with the ocean’s breathtaking views as your backdrop while you wait for the sun to set on the horizon.
Just outside is our meadow and sandy beach, where the kids love to run around and burn off some energy. Maybe even a few adults who’ve borrowed one of our outdoor games. It’s close to home again—just about 150 meters to the wooden houses and your accommodations on your trip to Gotland.
Snäck Camping
Right next to us, you'll find Snäck Camping. Their approximately 100 camping pitches are nicely spread out in terraces leading down to the beach. The tent areas are cozily nestled among the trees right by the water's edge, or on one of our higher spots. From every single pitch, you'll truly feel connected to nature, the sea, and its beautiful, ever-changing scenery.
Cafe Snäckviken
You'll find our beachside café right on our sandy beach. We serve all the essentials you need for a perfect day by the sea, or perhaps a little treat during your walk or bike ride. We always have ice cream, coffee, and drinks, but each season brings a new surprise. Maybe something a bit more filling this year?
Beach Snäckviken
Our bay holds Visby's most beautiful beach. A shallow sheltered bay maintained all year. Swim from the sandy beach, a rocky beach or use our bathing piers. Toilets are available in summer, and both free and paid parking are nearby.
